Joining Nicole with more crafting in the kitchen here... We've found that fresh cheddar works great in pierogies in place of farmer cheese. A little more effort to make, but delish! I grabbed Adam's Grandma Agnes' pierogi recipe when we recently visited Adam's mom.
And excuse the horrible quality of this photo... I have been in a knitting funk lately, slowly working on what should be a quick project. A little friend of ours turned 5 this week and I'm knitting up a sweet little headband. (You can't tell from the photo, but the yarn is a sweet purple/green/blue blend with a slight shimmer to it) I'm using a stitch from this pattern, which makes a lovely scarf. :)
